SG Security was incorporated in 2018 with the mission to provide top-notch integrated security solutions revolve around its core security manpower services to safeguard lives and properties.
Our ultimate aim is to be recognised as one of the premier leaders in the private security industry by going beyond clients’ expectations in resolving their security needs, and not forgetting to conform to all industry related legislations as well as recognising employees as our valuable assets.
SG Security has been accorded the required regulatory licenses and possesses the expertise to provide security manpower services, security consultancy services and installations of security systems.
The core management team of SG Security is an experienced one who is no stranger to the private security industry. Many of us have been in employment in this industry for many years and are familiar with the industry’s norms and regulations.
SG Security believes in the operating principles of providing excellent services to the clients as well as treating the employees as our valued assets. Excellent services do not merely stop at providing security solutions to the clients but also maintaining close relationships with them. Being in constant contact with the clients and updating them of security related issues on the grounds on a regular basis is important. On the same note, SG Security also values our employees and deems that only with happy employees, then will there be positive performances exhibited.

Regulatory License
SG Security has been granted with the relevant regulatory licenses by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (“PLRD”) to provide security manpower services, security consultancy services as well as installations of security systems.
Management Team
SG Security has a lean but experienced and effective management team to run and handle all operational and administrative issues on the ground without compromising the expectations of the clients. Majority of the management team have been plying our trades in the private security industry for many years. Some of us have even served the Singapore Police Force and particularly the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department that regulates the private security industry thus enabling us to be au fait with the industry’s norms and regulations.
Security Officers
All Security Officers under the employment of SG Security are certified competent in the security training modules mandated by PLRD according to their respective security grades under the Progressive Wage Model and are licensed to carry out security duties. Notwithstanding all these, SG Security ensures that the SOs are also sent for personal upgrading courses as well as courses relevant to their course of work with an aim to improve their competency levels. The training needs of the SOs are closely monitored and constantly reviewed to assess their level of weakness.
